Balloon Masters - North Wing Lobby

Set your sights high for these larger-than-life balloon creations. Watch as professional balloon sculptors turn everyday balloons into an oversized fun and imaginative backdrop. Sponsored by TicketExchange by Ticketmaster.

Blaszak Tiger Show - South Wing parking lot

Featuring the world's only tight-rope walking tiger, Bruno Blaszak's rare Royal Bengal Tigers and Siberian Tigers are sure to amaze fairgoers with their wildly entertaining performances.
Daily performances at 1:30, 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.

The world’s largest pooch will wag his way through crowds of fairgoers in the Kidz Biz area, stopping for photo ops, paw shaking and friendly games. Sponsored by Verizon Wireless Cellular Sales.

David Garrard - South Wing C Lobby, Kentucky State Fair Family Stage
You’ll leave amazed with this astonishing illusionist's performance that includes mystery and laughter and leaves fairgoers with an inspiring message.

The Kentucky State Fair’s educational program is expanded in 2008, presenting two
different thematic exhibitions—“Infrastructure: Supporting Kentucky’s Future” and

Giggle with delight as this goofy trio of pigs mingles with fairgoers. Life-sized Porkchop, Hammy and Petunia entertain with their funny antics and silly swine talk. Sponsored by Gold Peak Tea.

funny farm"Grouchie's Gator Tales" Puppet Show - Kidz Biz--South Wing B
For a slap happy good time, fairgoers will enjoy the wild tales and jokes of Grouchie Gator, the star of television’s “Gator Tales.” Grouchie will perform in his very own “reptile revue,” featuring original backwoods tall tales from the dark and mysterious swamp.
Daily show at 11 a.m., 2  and 5 p.m. 

funny farmIGX Adrenaline Jam Tour - North Wing Lobby
The super-charged Adrenaline Jam Tour will have fairgoers addicted to their enormous selection of brand new game consoles to play all day throughout the Fair, including Nintendo® Wii™, Sony Playstation® 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360™. Patrons will have the option of competing against the best or just trying different games for fun. Anything is game at this fun-filled exhibit.
Open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Kachunga and the Alligator Show - West Courtyard
Stand back as a real American bushman, straight from the deep swamps of Florida, apprehends a ferocious, man-eating alligator with his bare hands, all while educating fairgoers about these mysterious creatures.
Daily performances at 1, 3 and 5 p.m.

Kentucky Beef Producers Gourmet Garden - South Wing A Lobby
Many delightful culinary dishes will be featured in the variety of cooking competitions and demonstrations from the finest chefs, caterers and bakers from across the state. Local flavor will also be featured in the Cast Iron Chef Cooking Competition, presented by Royal Prestige. Click here for more details.


Kentucky State Fair Family Stage - South Wing C Lobby

The Kenya Safari Acrobats (see listing above for more details) will showcase their amazing talents, and several local dancers and singers add to the family-friendly talent found on this stage.

For the non-stop thrill of incredible human pyramids, fire limbo dancing, bodies hurling through hoops, and other gravity defying tricks, don't miss the amazing performance by the Kenya Safari Acrobats.

Military vehicles and equipment on display along with a rock climbing wall from the Kentucky Army National Guard.

Miller's Border Collies - West Wing Show Ring

Watch as these trained dogs execute herding techniques on command.

NewPork Chop Revue - South Wing Parking Lot
Squeal with laughter as these performing porkers jump hurdles, do the waltz and even sing. Sponsored by the Kentucky Pork Producers.

Procrastinators - Roving through the Fair
Join skillful street performers as they wander through the Fair's crowds creating a high-energy, unique beat by using water jugs, stools and pots and pans as instruments.

NewRecycle Cycle - Various Locations
This environmental lesson on wheels is sure to show Fairgoers how important it is to recycle. Made entirely of recycled parts, this cycle encourages children of all ages to participate in numerous on-board ecological activities. Sponsored by Smoothie King.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Blue Ribbon Stage - South Wing B Lobby
This stage will feature a daily interactive and educational program on Kentucky's Abraham Lincoln. It will also host "In the Garden" with Cindi Sullivan sponsored by Monty's Plant Food and Bionic Glove Technology. Also, home improvement information sessions, arts and crafts, and how-to programs will be held daily.

NewToyota Motor Manufacturing NASCAR Race Simulator – South Wing B Lobby
Fairgoers can experience what it would be like to be a NASCAR driver in a head to head race simulator, where participants test their skills against each other and the computer – other fairgoers can watch the race on a large screen TV. Each racer will receive a printout of their race statistics.

Trial By Jury - South Wing B

Be a juror, debate and decide a real life court case. Presented by the Kentucky Justice Association

Trick Dog Thrill Show - South Wing Parking Lot
Championship trick dogs perform amazing balancing and jumping acts. Sponsored by Feeder's Supply.

Daily performances at 11:30 a.m., 2:30 and 5:30 p.m.

NewWest Coast Choppers West Lawn
Fans of the hit TV show “West Coast Choppers” won’t want to miss out on an opportunity to meet Jesse James at this year’s Fair. This bike and car builder, producer, publisher, restaurateur and TV host will be present on Saturday, Aug. 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to sign autographs and mingle with fans.  The West Coast Choppers exhibit will be set up from 8 a.m. to midnight on Saturday, Aug. 16.

NewZooperstars – North Wing Lobby
These inflatable mascots will jump, bounce and dance their way through the North Wing Lobby at this year’s Kentucky State Fair. Having been featured on America’s Got Talent, these professional-athlete-inspired characters, with names like Alex Frogriguez and Bear Bonds, will keep the crown exhilarated from beginning to end.
